  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to services until that date.

  • Once a billing cycle has started, no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused services.


2. Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Services: All payments for digital products, AI tools, and subscription-based services are generally non-refundable due to the instant and consumable nature of our offerings.

  • Exceptions: A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

    • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

    • Payment made but services not activated/accessible within 7 working days.

  • If you purchase BotOkay services via a third-party platform (e.g., App Stores, Payment Gateways), their cancellation and refund policies will apply. BotOkay will not be responsible for such transactions.
